Throughout the season, beginning with the first red berries 'til the last wild plum, we have walked the pastures, shelter belts, gullies and country roadsides and carefully selected and gleaned the tasty native Nebraska wild fruits and berries.  We then lovingly prepare them into delicious jams, jellies, syrups and fruit butters using recipes perfected over a lifetime.
